Return and Refund Policy

At Mum & Me Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale items, accessories, and intimate items (if applicable) are final sale and not eligible for return.

2. Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted for:

Damaged items
Incorrect items received
Defective products

Please note: We do not accept returns due to sizing issues unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
